NTSC Fleet Maintenance Service offers end-to-end automation from issue diagnosis to task completion notification. After identifying the issue through excellent diagnostics, a service is generated automatically by the system. The service is displayed in front of the technicians at the nearby garages and the driver is notified to take the vehicle to the nearest station. After completion of the service, a completion notification is sent to the driver to pickup the vehicle from the garage. Fleet managers can also view invoice record of the maintenance tasks. The complete process requires minimal human involvement making it quick and efficient.
